I can see where the angle/slope may make it hard for larger rigs. We had no problem emptying our 24’ class C. Spigot works fine

Two words to describe "totally disgusting". Immediately backed up spewing sewerage everywhere. Seems blocked! Also, no water at the spigot. Never again!

The hole is close to a corner, on a down-slope, AND the apron slopes away from it. Without some shenanigans and blocks you’re not gonna get everything out of your tanks. I pulled our supercab longbed with 25’ 5th wheel all the way forward against the curb to reduce how nose-low the trailer sat, but still couldn’t get level. Longer t... more
The hole is close to a corner, on a down-slope, AND the apron slopes away from it. Without some shenanigans and blocks you’re not gonna get everything out of your tanks.
I pulled our supercab longbed with 25’ 5th wheel all the way forward against the curb to reduce how nose-low the trailer sat, but still couldn’t get level. Longer trailers or class As may not be able to approach close enough to actually do the deed.
No separate freshwater spigot, just rinse water.

Dump station was closed. Even if it was open, it’s not very accessible for large RV’s. It’s on a steep incline.

Very happy we pre scouted this before driving the trailer in. Very steep, awkward angle. You could see marks on the concrete from where people have scraped their rigs. Appeared free but we didn’t ask. The other location down the road has really positive reviews.
