Great location because you can hike right out of the campground. Showers were nice but you have to pull on a chain to have water come out. Made it a little awkward but it was fine. Rangers very nice. We could send/receive texts walking out to the (tiny but appreciated) playground but nothing in our electric sites. Town of Ivins is only a 5ish minute drive away, so had to go sit in a parking lot for a few hours to get work done.

If you choose a pull-through site in the middle you better know the person on the other side, because you might end up looking into their bedroom window from yours.
The showers are a pull chain and plenty of hot water, but the one bathhouse is a schlep from a number of sites.
Would 100% stay again and will recommend to friends.

As others mention, choose your spot carefully as 1) the Northern sites don’t have any hookups 2) the Southern sites only have power and accommodate smaller rigs and 3) the central full hookup sites are extremely tight.
We stayed mid week, just an overnight. Booked site 8 which doesn’t have the same duplex feel another reviewer accurately described for the central full hook-up sites. Site 8 is in the middle and shares picnic table space with a small green belt instead of the usual second picnic table. Had we had a neighbor, we would not have been able to extend our pop-out, which the reservation site will tell you as well. That said, for a quick mid week stop over it was a great place! Had it been any busier (there were three other rigs that showed up that night, all were gone by 9am the next morning) it may have been less comfortable.
If staying in the summer time, you NEED to book an electric site as the temperature is HOT.
Worth noting: One of the rigs that came in later was larger than our 26ft trailer and had a really hard time getting into their spot.

Beautiful park. I made a few mistakes when booking this reservation that were ALL my fault... I didn't read the alerts that the National Ironman Competition was going on here while I was staying and that the park would be essentially closed for access in/out from 8:30 am to 6 pm on that day. MY BAD. I also didn't realize that I booked a site that didn't have electric. I can do without the water and sewer for a week or so. But the power in the heat that can crop up in the late afternoon is an issue when your traveling with a dog that you would like to leave behind... SO AGAIN, all on me!!!
MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING WHAT YOU WANT DURING THE TIME OF YEAR AS THE PARK HAS MULTIPLE ELECTRIC & NON-ELECTRIC SITES.
The park is stunning. The other thing that I didn't realize fully is that the park was really restricted with dog and mountain biking access. Only a handful of the trails where accessible to the dog and my bike... I was there to hang with both... so it had me changing from 6 nights to 2 nights.
Staff here is wonderful.
They keep a beautiful park. The facilities are clean & bountiful.
I have nothing bad to say about the park. It was more what I was vs wasn't looking for that had me changing my plans.
Site SC21 has AMAZING views.

After reading reviews we selected site 25 in the north end of the campground. If you don't need power these northern sites are fabulous. If we needed power I would have camped elsewhere. Site 25 had both views of the park and backs up to a beautiful red sandstone backdrop.
The bathrooms are clean and the showers are excellent. The dishwashing sink was kept super clean (yay fellow campers!). Lots of kiddos biking the campground loop and drivers kept speed low.
We were working on the road and found both Verizon and T-Mobil cell service even with an excellent external antenna insufficient at the campground-- really only useable for texting and occasional email. However parking lots at both top and bottom of park (right outside park) have excellent service.
We arrived after dark and found helpful info pinned up on a bulletin board for us. Glad we had a campground map downloaded as the signage wasn't particularly reflective in the dark.
If you're a hiker you can hike multiple short and medium-length trails right from the campground. If you're a biker there's a paved bike path and however trail biking is further away (outside the park) though we were told it's outstanding. If you like long views down the canyon our site neighbor swore by sites 23 and 24 (which also are less private, hence the views :)
We would definitely return-- one of our favorite park/campground combos in a 6-week Utah trip.

Snagged a spot here on the fly, but you aren't assigned a place until arrival. Most of the elec sites are a strange duplex configuration, entirely on asphalt, where a wall separates two tables and occupants are expected to stagger themselves along this shared axis. Fortunately we had nice, quiet neighbors! Other sites were laid out in more normal CG fashion with better views. But all is very clean and well kept. Showers were a good hike from our area and disappointing. Clean, with separate entrances to the two women's showers, but shared airspace inside with a wall divider open at top and bottom. You have to pull chain to get water and when you let go, you start all over on getting temperature right. But Snow Canyon is lovely and good walks in any direction. We could sometimes get a bar of Verizon if we walked up the road.

This is a very nice state park that is surrounded with red rock cliffs and lots of trails to great views. Come and stay a while.
I did read the reviews on how small the spaces are. According to the camp host the site was designed back when trailers didn’t have slides. This is why in the hookup area in is narrow. The other spots may have more space. Each is different.
We were in spot 14, which is 11 feet wide and backed in on the first attempt. We have a 32 foot trailer with 2 slides. We were able to fully extend our slides and open both of our doors. Though one door would hit the covered picnic site.
When coming read the reviews and be prepared. I made sure I could raise one side of the trailer at least 6 inches and had plenty of blocks. This is because the sight is not level.
It is a great place and worth the 10+hours drive to get here.

Hard not to agree with a lot of the previous reviewers' complaints about lack of space. Sites 1-14 provide power, a table, a shade structure, sloped asphalt, and a chance to get to know your neighbors. There are several other sites spaced out from one another and much closer to the wilderness -- I understand that at least three of them also come with electrical hookups. Those are the sites to shoot for! Couldn't get consistent cell reception despite the proximity to a metro area -- a quick drive down to the park entrance solved that issue. Several excellent hikes of varying difficulty leave right from the park.
