I always appreciate the free overnight parking as well as good food and service at the Silver Moon Cafe. I use this location often on my east/west treks. You do get a little truck noise, but it's not bad...

We pulled in and there was nobody parked, so we pulled around to the back of the lot behind the cafe. There were a lot of large puddles, so we pulled along the back. As night time unfolded the truckers started to arrive. By morning there were probably 15 trucks parked. We really did not hear them come in, so no big deal for us.

Lots and lots of trucks in the lot. We were the only RV. Some of the trucks left their engines running so we ended up smelling diesel.

Nice and flat. I lowered my jack just enough to level out without unhooking. Truckers came in throughout the night, but I didn't hear a thing even with windows open for the breeze. (Evening was nice and cool). We ate in the restaurant. Clean, staff was super nice and food was good. It's expensive, though. 2 kid meals was $22 before the tip. I chose to eat a sandwich in the rv. All in all, not too bad for a free spot!

Was first RV to park for the night around 6pm. A few others came through out the evening. Level lot, easy pull through, dumpsters for garbage. Not noisy at all so got a great night sleep. Can’t beat the price and convenience

This is a pretty level lot behind the restaurant. Watch for big dip in middle. We were perfectly level and didn’t unhook. No need to check in. They don’t care who parks in back cuz they have paved customer spots on the sides. One other camper pulled in and about 10 truckers. Truck noise didn’t bother us even running all night as it’s kind of white noise. Could not hear freeway.
Good for overnight. They don’t open till 9 am so don’t plan on breakfast.

Easy place to stay for one night and convenient to get to. Large parking but you overlook a junky area. Ate in the Silver Moon Cafe. Food was good. A nice surprise. Lots of trucks do park there at night also.

“Good Space, Awesome Food”
noted 5/26/2023
We stopped here, planning to stay overnight, and had dinner. The food was FANTASTIC, and not overpriced. We ultimately decided to push on and did not end up staying here overnight, but I definitely would another time!
