"Highway noise, no water, good overnight"

Arrived 11 pm on 5/8/24. Good overnight spot. Picnic circle past restrooms was far enough away from the 18 wheelers to not really hear them. I-35 noise. All water spigots in-operational. One spigot drips though so a small bucket placed under helps... Read more

Had potable water today… Didn’t dump was just getting water as we are boondocking on Park Creek. Store is well stocked, lots of groceries, hardware and lots of fishing gear, for when we limited out on trout both days up in big meadow lake.... Read more

We stayed just south on the other boondocking areas and drove the short distance here to scout. Right inside the cattleguard is an option, just a few feet from the creek and also the road, where my dually is sitting in the picture. The road to go... Read more

Easy access to I-44 no reservation needed, have never had an issue showing up and finding a spot. Shuttle from parking area to Casino every so often. Note, in winter water is turned off. Also water was turned off the last time we went in... Read more
