What does this place have that makes it so expensive? $89 for one night is kind of high.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a camp host who assisted in parking us. The concrete pads are very wide and accommodate any size rig. The property is right on the ocean. Great views are worth the price. Clubhouse with nice large “living room “ tv, exercise room and fabulous showers/restrooms. Convenient for area attractions.

SO many rules. Unlike any place I’ve ever stayed, and we travel full-time. No bikes. WTF?!
There’s no cell service here. They have Wi-Fi.
The views are beautiful but the beach itself is gross. It appears leech fields from the hill above the resort drain here, making the sand dark and muddy. Or maybe that was just Karen’s vibe rubbing off on me.
The sites were hard to maneuver a big rig into, and the resort is situated right on HWY 101, so the sites near the highway have so much road noise.
Read their cancellation policy thoroughly before booking. Or, just don’t book.

Friendly Staff, Amazing Views, Clean and Quiet. Sites In the Back Have A Bit Of Road Noise And I Wish We Could Have Camp Fires But Overall You Can’t Beat The View. Love It!

Great service, quick check-in and escorted to your site. Club house is beautiful and clean. Easy laundry, nice bathrooms and showers.
Small beach, but still a great walk. Sunsets are spectacular!

Excellent location on the central Oregon coast. Sites are nicely spaced apart with convenient and well maintained hookups. Camp hosts were wonderful and the overall vibe of the resort was very peaceful and accommodating. The ocean is right at your doorstep and the weather can get dramatic. The best sites are the ocean front and I think the sites on the ends have dedicated areas with fire pits and Adirondack chairs *but* if you cannot snag one of those I think the terrace sites are a good choice for the best views. Florence is a 25 min drive for groceries and old town Florence has some amazing eateries and coffee. Resort Wi-Fi was pretty good. I had full bars on Verizon and was able to stream flawlessly using my WeBoost; however, without the booster there was virtually no cell signal.

We've stayed here before and will each year...it's that great! Sea Perch is a small park, with some sites directly facing the ocean and some placed parallel to the beach going up the hill. All have great views of the ocean and sunsets, with the beach just steps away. The park is immaculate, with level concrete pads, pristine utility pedestals, and a large club house for guests. There are two hosts on site, always friendly and quick to help. Reservations are needed well in advance (we make ours each year for the following year when we leave), as demand for these spots is high. The park is located between Yachats (charming) and Florence (larger with more dining options) on Highway 101. Cellular access is poor but they have an outstanding Wi-Fi setup for wifi calling, so no internet access or phone call difficulties.
This is one of our favorites on the entire Oregon Coast. Enjoy! Mike & Judy (Bend, Oregon)

Also the sites nearest the highway experience some traffic noise during the day but typically relents at night.

We received the nastiest call from the owner as well as a charge. We received cancellations from Wyeth State Campground and Bullard Beach State Park due to the pandemic. We were unable to camp in the Columbia River Gorge area as it was not open to for overnight camping. States between N.C. and Oregon still have 14 day quarantine requirements up until 5/27 (Colorado) so we were unable to come. She screamed at us and said we were lying and none of that was true. ???????? It seems most people and businesses have really stepped up during troubled times This is not that kind of person. I have no idea how we were supposed to hop our fifth wheel from N.C. to the coast or Oregon or what sane person would see that as reasonable. True character (or lack of) really comes out in hard times. We will be taking action.

Declined Staying Here In Our Unit As It Is A Truck Camper. Despite Being A Set Up Over $100,000 Still Not Permitted To Stay Even When There Is Not One Other Registered Guest.
“No Truck Campers”
noted 10/8/2022
Unfortunately, we were unable to make a reservation here. They have a "no truck campers" policy. We have a 2020 Arctic Fox. Also, be aware that they only allow RV's newer than 2005.

I posted a Sea Perch review in 2018 and we stayed here again in 2021. There is still no Verizon signal at Sea Perch but the WiFi speed averaged 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
