You are paying for the ocean view in sites 1 -10. In these sites you have a 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean. The other sites have a partial view of the ocean, so not as desirable but still easy access to the beach.

Location, location, location. Beachfront sites are amazing -- not many like it on the Oregon coast.
