Perfect place to unplug and rewind. Who needs wifi when you're camping? At&t is offered in this area which we did not have, but that is no fault of the park as they have no control over towers in the area.
Campground has two bath houses, one of which has stalls with multiple showers and toilets, the other is more private, larger with one shower and one toilet, one for men's and one for women's. Both bath houses were clean and stocked with paper products and soap each time I used them.
Camp store is fully stocked and we didn't have to leave to pick up a few items we had forgotten on our trip here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, taking us to our site and even bringing us wood that I had purchased but forgotten to load in my truck before heading back to my campsite. There are a few open campsites along the creek and we were given a map that shows multiple weekender spots so I'm unsure why the previous review states there are only 4 available sites. (I counted 9, plus 10+ tent sites available in the park) Yes, they have permanent sites but during the week hardly anyone was there as they do not permanently live there. We had the most peaceful time at Rose Creek and will definitely be back.

Nice people, but this is basically a permanent RV residence now. They have one RV site along the creek which is where we camped. We basically just pulled off the camp road in between two of their RV resident camps. They had a short side road just inside the gate where it looked like tent campers were put. We counted probably 4 campsites, including ours, that were for travellers. One bathhouse, small, husband said his side was okay. I would not shower on the women's side the three days we were there. Everyone that worked there and most of the residents were very friendly. We had to walk up and sit on benches near the office to get decent Wifi service. We were told AT&T was good there but we had trouble getting signals on our hotspot.
Could not get signals for T Mobile either. We stayed in the area only to explore the area.
