I have a toy hauler travel trailer (30’) and a pickup. Is there enough room to unload the UTV and park it on site also?

It’s close to the highway but we’re in 279 , close to the river and it’s not a big deal.
Full hookups , small concrete pad and a picnic table.

The woman at the check in was very nice, and helped us pick our own site cause we were looking for shade. There are lots of shade trees, however most of them need some pruning to get clearance to get under them with an RV. We ended up closer to the freeway and farther from the pool, so we never checked out the pool and other facilities because it was way to hot to walk there. This is a very large RV park with a mix of permanent and semi permanent residents and it had this seedy abandoned feel, which I think partly came from all the empty snowbird trailers and RVs scattered about. Plus that night about 1 a.m. I woke up to vehicles with loud bass music (thump whump thump thump) and I couldn't discern where it was actually coming from and it lasted a good twenty minutes and it made me feel unsafe there.

as it is sandwiched between the freeway and the river. The two pros it has going for it is the nice shade trees and the clean large restrooms/showers. Otherwise, it is so close to the freeway that we had difficulty sleeping even with all the windows closed. It was so noisy we spent no time outdoors at our site. The sites are perpendicular to the road, not very deep and very close to one another, so backing in was a challenge. The road in has several speed bumps that are really high and were hard on everything in the trailer. We were in site 422 Owl Lane and had an occasional sewer smell from somewhere. There were more over the air TV channels than there were cable channels (all of 5). Our two interactions with the staff in the office were rather unpleasant as both workers were unfriendly. Our ATT service was spotty but worked pretty well in the morning. And lastly, a they charge $2.50 for a wash and $2.50 for a dry - using tokens that can only be purchased in twos and cannot be returned if unused. All in all, we disliked this park more than anywhere else we have stayed. We will not return.

The rows all back to each other so your view on all sides is someone else's trailer about 5 feet away. Cell service is spotty/slow for both Verizon and AT&T. We wouldn't stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by River's Edge. While the sites are basic and are definitely closer together than we'd prefer, there was enough space in between sites to not feel too cramped. The park is mostly occupied by winter/seasonal RVs, and they don't take reservations for short-term stays, but we called in the morning to confirm that they had space for us for a few nights. The dog walk area is very long, and there are stairs to a gravel service road (not part of the RV park) that we and many others also used for dog walks. During our visit (February 2016) they were doing a trial run of allowing dogs along the "river walk" part of the park as well. Since it was 90 degrees this was great as our Lab could hop into the Colorado river in a couple places to get wet. There was no WiFi, and our cellular service was only OK. With two bars of Verizon LTE and one bar of AT&T LTE, we got data working on both but it was slow. The staff was friendly, and the park was clean and attractive. There was some highway noise from I-10 but it wasn't too bad (it might depend on how close your site is to the highway). Based only on the sites I'd give the park a lower rating, but because of the good price, the good dog walking opportunities, and the shade from the trees, we give it an overall "8" rating. We need to return to Yuma in the summer when it'll be 110 degrees, and the shade trees here will certainly bring us back to River's Edge. A bit of advice: this park is in California but is only a couple hundred feet from the Arizona border. During our stay our iPhones kept switching from Pacific time to Arizona time (and back and forth) depending on which cell tower they connected to, making it a little hard to keep track of what time it really was!
Update, July 2016: We did return here twice during the summer when it was 110-115 degrees outside. The trees do provide a lot of shade which helps the air conditioners keep up with cooling the RV interior.

I do not regular too many RV parks, but when an overnight stay was needed to charge up the batteries we ended up at the Rivers Edge RV Resort. Easy to access from the Interstate it is a great overnight location, though it is clear there are numerous full-time residents sprinkled among the vacationers - some of which lack the RV-park etiquette of not walking between neighboring rigs, which caused the dogs to bark a few times.
Arriving and checking in were a breeze, including arranging an area to park an extra vehicle. Signage to the office and check-in-parking was clear and easy to follow. My only beef was with the half-dozen speed bumps along the way (there has to be a better way).
Spaces all appear to be back in (not pull-thru) and at a direct 90 degrees to the roadways, so prepare to exercise those mirrors. There is a moderate amount of space between each rig, but it would be easy for smaller rigs to vanish within the large herd of 5th wheels and Class-A RVs populating the Resort.
Although the Resort advertises itself as dog friendly, the map offered at check-in time denotes many more areas as "no pets" than otherwise. The only location pets are allowed some relief is a thin strip of gravel at the far north end of the Resort (consider that when choosing a space) running the full length Resort. It does the trick, but only just.
There is some road noise within the Resort due to the proximity of the Interstate but it is not overwhelming.
