Overall Rating
We looked at the pictures that they provide in their gallery before going over. They use pictures from another park, the clubhouse, laundry room, the street pictures, the park models and they have no pool. That can be considered false advertisement. It's a run down park and not in a friendly or safe area. Stay away.

A little way out of town but worth that short drive. Park was very quiet and sites for overnight were in the back and level.
Manager Nilda was very friendly and responsive. Park was very clean. Was here late Nov 2021.

This was a very quiet, pleasant place to stay. We will be coming back! We felt very safe. We had awesome customer service by the manager, Nilda. She made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions. Nilda was very professional! We will be back to Yuma to visit our grandson and we will be staying at this park. Sincerely, Joe ... more
