Overall Rating
Small 15 site family owned campground. Owners live on the property and are very nice. Each site has 50/30/15 amp electrical, water, and sewer. Most sites are back in. There is only one pull thru. The office, laundry, game room. book exchange, bathroom area is very quaint and well decorated. Very refreshing.

The owners are on site and are super friendly and helpful. Easy access and easy to back into the sites. Full hookup that work perfectly. Very clean and great private bathrooms.

Overall Rating
3rd time here in 15 months when I pass through the area. Great little private RV park! Owner, Leigh, is great! Shady spaces backed up to an alfalfa farm. Also really good place to walk the dog! Full hookups. Community room and super clean bath/shower.

We only stayed one night but will rethink that the next time through! The owners are great, park was quaint and clean! Loved the fields behind us and woke up to hay bailing going on. Will definitely stay there again!

A small campground with about a dozen spots. Big oak trees provide welcome shade. Some grass. Level gravel lot. The roads between Alfalfa fields behind provide a nice place to walk the dogs. A small campground with about a dozen spots. Big oak trees provide welcome shade. Some grass. Level gravel lot. The roads between Alfalfa fields behind provide a nice place to walk the dogs. There is road noise, but nothing that in any way hurt our experience. Cute facilities and a kind owner. The other RV parks we saw in the area had zero trees which is always something we look for. Would definitely return.

We needed an overnight in Roswell, NM and struck gold! This is the cutest place! Lee is friendly and very helpful. She showed me around before we got our camper settled in to our site. We needed an overnight in Roswell, NM and struck gold! This is the cutest place! Lee is friendly and very helpful. She showed me around before we got our camper settled in to our site. The sites are gravel with a little bit of grass and a table/chairs and ours was right near the community room/restrooms. The community room which is accessible 24hrs, is so cute and comfy. There are books and dvds to borrow, ice cream, sodas, water and ice for purchase, laundry and private bathrooms with shower and they are cute. Not super clean, but clean enough. My only complaint would be that with only one bathroom (one for men; one for women), I had to wait a while in the a.m. to use the toilet because the toilet and shower are in the same room, so if someone’s using one or the other, you have to wait outside until they are done. But I survived. All in all, we liked it so much, we wanted to stay another day but ultimately had to choose not to due to our tight schedule to get back home for work. We would definitely stay again.

Owner makes you feel like family. Clean and neat facilities. Full hookups. Easy access from road. Quiet setting, backs up to farm fields. Laundry and showers. Fair price. No wood burning fires/stoves, too dry. Wonderful Church on the Move to visit on Sunday in Roswell.

Red Barn is a hidden gem. Quiet, Peaceful, Clean. Host Does A terrific Job Ensuring property is welcoming & operating. Little extra touches like a Dog Walk Space. Laundry. Community Room. Wifi. And Decor Is absolutely Entertaining using Local Items & art. We were Going To Stay Overnite. Extended Three More Days! We will be back.

Small rv park, with plenty of room to maneuver my 30' travel trailer. Library of books and dvds available to borrow. Well tended park, and I will be back.
