Concrete interior roads and level gravel site pads. There are (2) sections for the RV's, the front is a little congested and packed in tightly with what looks like full time residents. The back section is a bit more spacier with fewer trees for better wifi and satellite reception. The main knock on our site was the sewer hookup stood more than a foot off the ground making the effective use of gravity non-existent. The facilities and landscaping are clean and appear well maintained. They have a clubhouse, dog run, pool, and offer mailboxes (I assume for the full time residents). Minutes from downtown area.

Campsite was very clean with lots of amenities. We only stayed one night passing through but was very impressed by the cleanliness and how quiet the site was. Would definitely recommend.

Cell/hotspot using booster: Verizon (4 of 4 bars—5G). Worked great for work on vpn, zoom meetings, and streaming.
Details:
Check-in: Posted on office door.
Sites: Gravel pad and gravel shared living space. Had lots of space even though it was shared.
Campground Road: Paved road.
Grounds: Clean and maintained nicely.
Bathrooms/Showers: Looked a bit rough/old. Water from the shower head smelled so did not use the shower.
Laundry: Did not use.
Location: Gas 1 min from entrance. Restaurants are less than 5 min away.
Near highway: Yes. But not an interstate so it is not all that noisy.
Near train: Not that I recall.

We found this park to be clean and safe with clean bathrooms and showers. The park is well kept up and there is a grassy dog area near the mobile home side of the park.

The pads are gravel, and are very well maintained. The men's restroom and shower facility were very clean and well equipped. The park is away from town a few miles, and that is a plus. It was very quiet and we slept great.
If we need to stay in Roswell in the future, we will return to this park.

This park was very clean & quiet. Sites were close, but for two days it was ok. The location to the town of Roswell was excellent. Felt very safe at the CG & in the town. People were nice everywhere. I would recommend this CG. Check out the Bottomless State Park really pretty and a great place for a swim.

We stayed overnight to go explore Roswell the next day. We got in and out just fine with our 36 foot fifth wheel and we saw multiple large rigs. Across the park- they do a have a grass dog run that is fenced. It was a perfect overnight stop and we had no issues. Seemed to be very quiet.

A good number of permanent residents, but it was clean and quiet. The sites alternate, so you do face your neighbor. It can be a little odd, I suppose, if your are staying for a few days. They are long sites, however, so you can position yourself away from the neighbors.

No amenities as advertised, not 1! If staying longer than a week. Management will change the bathroom codes and refuse to give them to you. They change them weekly if they notice anyone using them. If you are paying for the park and its amenities, the bathroom should be included, especially considering no one uses them and those that do leave no trace. They have brand new bathrooms but want no one to use them. They clean them about 4 or 5 times a day but they are never used. They have signs posted that if you are monthly you are not allowed to use them. You will pay more at this park but you are literally only getting a spot to spend the night since they want to restrict the amenities that are at their park. The staff is unfriendly and keeps a hawks eye on their bathroom which means they also watch you as you exit the bathroom. I have been watched going to and from my RV (even for a stroll) on multiple occasions. I have full-timed around the country for 3 years and never felt so uncomfortable at an RV Park. If you do anything other than sit inside of your RV, you will be singled out and watched. They ride around on their golf carts and make note of who is doing what and what amenities they are using (which again, I thought was apart of the fee for coming to an RV park). DO NOT go here. Non-communicating, awkward staff makes for an uncomfortable stay.
