We could only stay 2 nights due to late reservations but would definitely stay here again. Nice clean well managed park close to almost everything. Nice grassy areas close to Oak Creek.

Lots of rules at the park but they are there for a reason. Very close to town.
WiFi is lacking but we brought our Starlink system.

As far as the reviews of the hospitality… we did not have any issues. They have been super helpful. We have stayed three times and are heading back tomorrow! If you’re having issues booking, call. We have somehow managed to sneak in whenever needed! Will say Wi-Fi is not ideal, but I feel like it never really is at any rv park we have been to so it is what it is.

The sites in section B were on the smaller side but well maintained. The crew work hard to keep it nice. There are a lot of rules here but I suppose that is why it’s nice here. Good thing there is a lot to do outside that you hopefully won’t need their wifi.

Not much in the camp store beside some sewer and water parts.

Yes, and it took every piece of equipment we had to level our trailer by 1/2 foot. But after you tend to that little challenge— the park is idyllic. I’d say the prettiest we’ve ever visited. Restrooms are clean, and the showers are acceptable (but not the “spa” experience of other 5 star campgrounds we’ve visited in AZ, CA and NM). Laundry facility looked nice. Internet/WI-FI was marginal. The park is right in the heart of Sedona, yet remarkably quiet at night. We were caught off guard by the 5:45pm sunset in October (Arizona doesn’t observe daylight savings time) and with the dark sky policy & no fires allowed - it is DARK very early in autumn.
We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this park.

This should be a 5 star park. My issue is the rules. Not the rules themselves—most of the rules are reasonable and the reason the park is lovely. It’s the way in which they are conveyed to the guests. The signs are abrasive and rude. The first thing you encounter when parking is a “don’t break the site marker! You break it, you buy it!” Nothing like some down home hospitality..
No reason to be so snarky in the enforcement of rules. It makes one feel like an intrusion rather than a valued guest.
We would probably stay again just for the proximity to Sedona, I just wish we felt more welcome.

If you plan to walk from the campground into downtown Sedona, you have to walk on the road for the first part the walk. There is no sidewalk or path. If returning late, make sure to bring a flashlight so oncoming cars can see you, even at dusk.
