Gravel roads and most sites were gravel. A few concrete pads. Two bathrooms with showers, one was locked the whole time. Laundry. WiFi couldn’t get any tv, could get emails.

If you just need a night to break up your day this is good for that. I feel it could be a really nice park if they would put some work into it. The location is perfect if you want to visit 3 beautiful springs 5 mins away. Morrison Springs is free, big and clean with restrooms grills and a large pavilion. Vortex is near by and popular with scuba cave divers (Morrison as well), Ponce De Leon is only $4 per car and beautifully set in a heavily treed area very close by and very cold! 68 degrees all year. The other 2 springs get a lot of sun and seems a bit warmer. Behind us (east on I-10) is Falling Waters State Park.
Being right off the interstate, we did not hear any traffic. There are train tracks just north but we didn’t hear any trains either.
The laundry is $2.50 wash/dry it is located by the bathrooms under the open pavilion. 1 full bathroom each so that is something that should be worked on. They were clean and water pressure was ok (better than my camper shower) it would be nice to enclose those areas. The Wi-Fi was fine no pw needed though. Cable was good and clear. Not sure where the trash dump was. Our site was pretty level side to side but not front to back. Gravel and some grass. No discounts (good sams etc), no office but they said someone was on site if assistance was needed. No other amenities.

Th e staff is nice, quiet area mostly gravel pads and was ideal for one night. There isn't much to do in the area especially when you have kids but it served its purpose.

The sites here are huge for a commercial RV park (i.e., not a state park or similar). The owner was extremely nice and everything was well-maintained including the reservation and customer service operation which was done remotely and very efficiently.
The sites aren't landscaped. Most sites are gravel. A few sites have concrete pads. It did not rain while we were there but it looked like there was enough dust amidst the gravel that our dog's paws would have gotten very muddy had it been wet.
It was mostly a stopover for us but we used the time to visit Ponce de Leon Springs State Park, which has a beautiful clear spring-fed pool (but no camping). Other than that, I'm not sure there's much to do in the area. The campground is right next to a Dollar General store.
The shower facilities did not look inviting at all. I often prefer a campground's shower to my own RV shower. Not here.
They use Tengo Internet for their wifi service. Signal was weak in our site but generally worked OK.
We'll definitely stay there again when we are in the area and need a stopover.

This campground is a "work in progress". There will be a bunch more sites when completed and the owner plans to cement many or all...but it's not there at this writing. Water pressure at my site was a decent 45 lbs. Overall it was a well behaved quiet campground. Laundry had 3 washers and 3 dryers (one was out of order). $2 to washer, $2 to dry. The owner is very nice and actually delivered my mail directly to my RV (that's a first). There is an area under roof to play games (bring your own). The campground bathrooms are not ideal, although functional, look old and repaired with a coat of paint thrown over.
There are many natural attractions nearby, Ponce De Leon practically across the street, Morrison Spring (my favorite) and Vortex which is private and in need of repair from a hurricane.

More concrete pads - additional sites, possibly a pool, etc. Very very nice guy. The property is on a minimally sloping hill side but there seems to be a lot of wash out along the gravel drives that may need addressing. Mostly long-termers there and it was very quite after dark (although it was very cold too). Convenient to the highway but minimal noise.
20 minute drive to the nearest town with Wal Mart, grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of outdoor activities in the area as well. Overall I'd stay again simply due to convenience of location and the quietness.
ATT on Peplink router was decent (10-15 mbps down, 2-5 mbps up). Tmobile was a little slower.

Gravel sites, not level, closely spaced like an RV dealer's lot. We've stayed in nicer Walmart parking lots. Grotesquely overpriced for the value. They charged the credit card to hold the slot so we stayed 1 night and plugged in our power cord. At least that worked as promised.

Far enough from the Interstate to keep the traffic noise to a minimum. Could be a great park with some TLC.

Lots of trees block the highway noise. The staff is super nice. Owner stated that they are opening up 47 more sites this summer, and putting in a pool. They have a really nice pavilion with lounging area, laundry, and decent showers. We had great WiFi signal for working as well. Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Only thing negative was the leaf blower being run at 8-9 pm.

We wanted to like this place. It seemed new, new owners and just getting started. We felt a bit misled when we got there. We seriously thought we were in the wrong place from the pictures we saw on the website. It was a pretty basic place, with what appeared to be a fair amount of full time residents. We ended up not using the laundry (busy, lots of people coming and going, most smoking), not using the wifi everyone raved about in reviews (it didn’t even come up until our second day there), and never actually talking to anyone from the park. We had one of the nicer sites (17), with FHU and a concrete slab. But again, we’re confused because there was birdseed, kitty litter and a welcome mat on the slab like someone was there and just vacated for us. Overall, it was okay, but we wouldn’t stay again.
