Ponce De Leon RV Park is new and striving to be the nicest park in Florida. It is a convenient location near Destin (45 minutes) and it is 5 minutes off the highway. Ponce De Leon RV Park is new and striving to be the nicest park in Florida. It is a convenient location near Destin (45 minutes) and it is 5 minutes off the highway. I was worried about the highway noise but the trees block the noise even in the winter.
We stayed here in February and it was cold and rainy so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the beauty and the local attractions.
They have 3 washers and 3 dryers. They have a nice, open air pavilion for covered enjoyment.
We had a nice pull-through site.
The people were nice and friendly! They have contactless check-in too.
It was an easy stay and we would definitely come back.

This is a jewel in the making. Nice, quiet, and clean. This was our second time there and we would stay again. We accidentally left our very expensive surge protector there and Jennifer returned it to us quickly. They are very accommodating. Thank you.

Stopped here about 8 pm after seeing a billboard on the way to Destin Fl. Perfect place right off hwy to stay for us overnight instead of boondocking. Sites have electric, water and sewer hook ups. I didn’t notice any grills or fire rings, but was perfect for a overnight stay. 3 min down the road we stopped and went swimming at Ponce... more
Stopped here about 8 pm after seeing a billboard on the way to Destin Fl. Perfect place right off hwy to stay for us overnight instead of boondocking. Sites have electric, water and sewer hook ups. I didn’t notice any grills or fire rings, but was perfect for a overnight stay. 3 min down the road we stopped and went swimming at Ponce De Leon springs which was nice. No pics of campsite due to dark when we arrived. Owners seem to live on site and VERY nice, even met us at site when we arrived to help if we needed backing in ( beginners), which we didn’t very easy.
RV park still in process of building new sites and pool I believe.
