I would stay again. It fit our bill for one night stay.

We were on our way to North Creek and saw this BLM, no name, on the way, we still had 11 miles to go to North Creek so we thought we'd try it. This place is great. A little manuvering to get our 31' trailer, but we found a great shady spot. We soaked our feet in the creek then settled in for the night. Totally free! Great place.

Great free camping. small spots, so not suitable for big rigs, but we were able to park our 15 ft trailer. People are friendly, but spots are close together so not always super quiet. Beautiful view, and nice fire rings for campfires. Our spot was on top of some kind of ant colony so that was the only downside, but hey that's nature.

Definitely advise scouting the roads first depending on what vehicle you have. (We are in a class c 31’ coach and did well) Some of the roads were fairly rough with spots of deeper sand. Drive only a few hundred yards and the area opened up to multiple spots right on the running creek surrounded by trees. The views, like anywhere in this area, were epic and we could see a slice of Zion on the horizon. We liked the spot so much we stayed a couple days. The kids played in the sand and water. Took some short hikes and kicked back and relaxed too. Great spot by Zion on public land!

There are a few big spots when you just drive off the road. We were able to setup our 26ft (31ft in total) trailer along with the tow vehicle in the first spot on the left. There were a few more spots going deeper and even more if you're able to cross the creek with your rig.
The place is next to the road but it has very light traffic so the noise did not bother us at all.

Right by the stream, clean area minus the trash and glass nearby fire pit. Not big rig friendly. We are a 31’ class c and took forever to turn around.

There are some reports of cell service, we were not able to get that with ours. The site is somewhat close to a road, and few trees you hear every car passing, but it's off the highway so it was sporadic.

I personally love staying here since it’s free and a short drive from Springdale, the creek is beautiful and getting a spot next to it is wonderful. Since it’s pretty accessible minus the rockiness of the road it’s usually very busy, I’ve gone in peak season and again this November and it’s busy weekdays and weekends. Get there before dark to make sure you get a spot. I’ve never had a problem with bad neighbors or anything here. Also note that kolob reservoir road is a beautiful scenic drive with hikes that are much less popular in the backside of Zion, I recommend checking out the road.

We got here just before sun down in early Oct. it was very crowded and we ventured up the road less than half mile from where this is on the map. Found a rutted road to the left, away from the creek, spent the night. No cell signal so kids not happy. Someone ran their generator down by the creek till very late.
