I’d say a 4 wheel drive is necessary if you plan on crossing the creek for a site, but that’s all.

No not needed but it gets full fast. Additional camping spots across the creek, 4wd is recommended to get across.

Hey, I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Zion last October and I would say a 4x4 isn't needed, there is plenty of space for all types of rigs. We stayed here in a 25ft Motorhome and all was fine, depending how close you want/can get to the stream you just need to be careful of your clearance and any low hanging branches that could scratch the sides but except that it's a great place to stay. All the best and enjoy Thanks Jamie

No, but the spots are very tight and the ground isn't really level on the way in. It would be a good idea to scout it on foot before going in (depending on the size of your rig).

4WD is not necessary. Some of the roads could be rutted. There are several entrances, so the most rutted can be avoided.

I would say not super necessary unless it’s rained recently! We got in fine, even with a pretty muddy entrance.
