We stayed here for 1 night, and was lucky to get the last spot. It only had 20 amp power and no sewage connection but we were happy to have a spot.
Nice campground. Very clean washrooms and showers.
There is an odd musty smell in the area but nothing you can’t get use to. All around a nice quiet stay.

I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner campground! The grounds crew and staff work tirelessly to make sure the entire resort is spotless. From the bathrooms/showers, laundry, pool area, grounds, to the landscaping, it's completely trash and mess free! We stayed from mid-May until mid-June (slightly over one month) 2022 and felt very welcomed and appreciated by the staff. Everyone was so helpful from the time we checked in (escorted to our site and were told all about the area amenities/restaurants/fun stuff) until check-out. Having Colorado National Monument right in the backyard was a major bonus and the reason we choose to stay here. We went on many walks through the James M. Robb Colorado River State Park across the street. Not to mention Dinosaur Hill right up the road and the McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area a mile away. There is no shortage of outdoor activities here. The campground was quiet and campers were respectful of others. We had a 95' pull-through site #55. Yes, you are close to your neighbors, but we had zero issues with the space. Easy, full hook-ups. This is one of our favorite campgrounds and we'll definitely be visiting again. We have a 40' RV with toad.

Yes it's a city RV park with snug gravel sites. If you're looking for natural beauty you have to drive to find it. But it's very safe and quiet (we didn't hear the locals next door while there over Labor Day) and easy to get in and out. Level FHUs with 50 amp. We don't use the amenities but they all look clean and updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Okay to receive mail and packages. Open sky for satellite (so not many spots with shade). Our site shared the sitting area with the neighbor which we're not fans of, but we don't spend much time on-site so it wasn't a real issue. Decent picnic tables, no fire rings (yay).
Walking distance to good Mexican Restaurant. Steakhouse a couple blocks further. Easy RV access for gas and diesel between highway and RV park is very convenient.

This is a really nice park, but I’ve given it four stars only because the sites are very close together. Easy access from I70, but no road noise. Efficient and helpful staff. We were stuck waiting for a part for our RV and they worked things out to accommodate us with a 3 night stay at the last minute. Wide, well maintained paved roads. Crushed stone sites with picnic table. Everything is immaculately maintained and the park is nicely landscaped. We had a pull-through which was long enough to park our 40 ft motorhome and toad. The site was narrow, as in when we put out our patio awning it partially covered our neighbor’s window awning. Some but not all pull-throughs are configured so that rigs park opposite directions and the door side area is shared with your neighbor. The laundry is clean, modern, and well-equipped. Nice grassy dog park. We had 2 bars on T-mobile service. Free WiFi was available but spotty. Close to Colorado National Monument entry station and the town of Fruita. We would be happy to stay here again.

We originally we’re only staying one night as we arrived late in the day on our way through the area, but discovered Colorado National Monument was a place we wanted to check out so stayed another night.
Clean, little park (did not use any restrooms as we are self control) jam packed in here on the back row. Neighbors on both sides were super nice. If you like elbow room and to be loud, not the place for you.
Lot’s and lots of restaurants within walking distance and area outside of the park to walk your dog. (Be careful of all the stickers in the dry fields, ouch).
FYI: Wifi didn’t really work for us unless we went closer to the office, or stood in the middle of the trailer. (Site76)
We would definitely stay here again.
