Fantastic location for boondocking near Death Valley NP. We were driving towards Death Valley NP from Joshua Tree CA and heading north on Trona Wildrose Rd/Panamint Valley Rd and turn RIGHT onto Mitietta Rd onto Panamint Valley (BLM land). Do NOT turn left onto Minietta Rd toward the Angus Wilderness as this area is protected and boondocking is not allowed. The Panamint Valley area has multiple sites that have fire rings, ours is one of them. From the site, you can see the Wildrose Peak! Open air and open land. What more can one ask for? Happy trails.

Enormous lot, great spot to drop a trailer while exploring the Death Valley area.
