Overall Rating
Due to a mishap with a friend turning into the wrong road I was able to view the group camping area at the urging of a State Highway Patrolman for suitably for an RV turnaround.
The camping area has a large parking lot of gravel that would allow a rig under 30 foot to turn if empty. There is a porta-potty on site in the upper parking lot area.
The camping area is located slightly below the parking lot. It is a large flat area suitable for about 10 or 15 tents. There are fire rings and tables available.
Site is located against I-40 so some highway noise is present.
