The sites are normal size for KOA, on watered grass. No issues with the hookups noted in previous reviews, they were on the correct side. Easy in and out.
Laundry was average price and showers were clean and nice. Dog walk area was weedy.
Wifi was good but used Starlink.

Outer double spaces are great and spacious. The whole place is grass with a weedy field near the cabins. BEWARE our hitch was stolen off the ground while we were gone so hide anything valuable or important. There are donkeys and a pony roaming around all day, hanging out at campsites. Very nice staff, very clean restrooms/shower. In June it was pretty full but VERY quiet at night. Some mosquitos, not bad but it has been windy a couple days. Lots of standing water here so they get pretty bad at sunset. Great place for dogs.

Nice people and a petting zoo full of animals to visit.

Nice park with grassy pull throughs and back in sites. Clean facilities. Good internet connections. We had a electric/water site and used the dump before we left the park. Close to town. We pulled in on Memorial Day without reservations and had choice of many sites.

It's ok for an overnight, but for the price, too expensive to stay long term. There's good stuff nearby like Blue Mesa Reservoir, the Gunnison river and Hartman Rocks Rec area. It's maybe a mile from highway 50 on the west side of Gunnison.
