Manager was helpful and the space was wide and level. Not much of anything green but the grounds were clean.

Great communication from host when we called the same day. Nice big level slots no issues with the full hook ups. Road noise was not an issue for us. Will stay again when traveling thru NV.

We found this place to stay between stops and ended up staying longer than expected. It’s basic. No playground, no picnic tables, no grass but it suited our needs quite well. We were greeted at the gate by the host who took us all the way to our site. Then another guy came to the site to get payment and do the paperwork. We had full hook up, good water pressure, steady electric, easy dumping, decent bathrooms, and good laundry. Everyone we met and dealt with was nice. There are a lot of long term residents, but plenty of spots for all. Most of the time the spot on either side of us was empty. It can get very windy with little or no warning, so be careful putting up awnings and such, don’t leave them out if you leave the campground. There is a gas station and convenience store with a small eatery at the front of the property, and the alien store across the highway. Check out Ash Meadows while here, just a short drive, the spring is really beautiful. A small grocery store is available nearby, but if you need Walmart or Smith’s, Pahrump is about 40 minutes away. The nighttime sky here is amazing! Nightly rate was $25, we paid $250 for a month plus electric. Cash or check only.

This park is about 50/50 full timers and people passing through. The hosts are pretty laid back and gave plenty of latitude to select a weekly site we liked. There is easy access for any size rig and most sites are pullthru with no need to disconnect.
The hosts do a good job with security. If anyone comes in that they don't recognize they are right there immediately to make sure they belong in the park. There is some road noise from the nearby highways but for the most part it is quiet at night.
The biggest downside is that this location is dead center in the middle of nowhere. It's a 45 minute drive to Pahrump for groceries or an hour and a half to Vegas.
If you decide to stay longer they have a very reasonable weekly and monthly rate. We kind of like it here and are going to stay longer than originally planned.

Owner lives in his 5th wheel on site and was a real nice guy. I got in early afternoon and it was pretty empty but filled up quite well by dark. All the hook-ups worked well and it was quiet all night . I actually stayed an extra night - due to the price (I usually boondock) and took an extra day to (for the manyth time) rearrange my rig. I drive a 21ft MH but some really big ones came in during the night that were towing and they fit no problem. All pull-through sites.

There is a cell tower in the corner of the park so not sure why we only had two bars... But I had 15 down and 1 up

I guess the guy that collects the money was upset with me because I put the money in the slot. It seems our dump hoses ended up with big gashes in them. They were perfect when we got there because I did a flush. So don't stay here, and if you do, don't piss anyone off. The place needs someone who cares about it.
