Overall Rating
A very nice quiet campground near the Missouri River. It is on Hipple Lake which is very smooth and has a nice area for stand up paddle boarding or kayaking. Campsites are right on the water or very close to it. It was just after July 4th when we were there so some people had fireworks left to shoot off but it wasn’t too bad.

Overall Rating
There are two camping areas at Farm Island. West has 70 spots and east has 20. Sites have lots of space with good spacing between the sites. 20/30/50amp service. Water and Dump also available. $19 plus daily fee and any reservation costs.
Area is very quiet. Saw lots of folks birding. Some sites are directly on the Missouri River. Mix of Shade and No Shade sites. East section appears to be much quieter.
Verizon was only 3 bars but totally rocked. Some of the highest speeds I have ever seen. The following is not a typo.
