This RV park was a great spot to stay for a couple nights while visiting Steamboat in June.
Pros:
-Proximity to downtown- easy access, but far enough away to avoid the traffic and noise. -Hosts were welcoming and apologetic for issue that was accomodated for immediately
-Intimate/small park. Quiet & peaceful setting
-Gravel sites level
-Nice views
-Allowed 2 dogs
-Clean toilet/shower/laundry facility, accessible with code.
Cons:
-Narrow grass area between sites. Open fields in front and behind sites, however.
This was only our second park ever, so we learned a lesson- always check hookups prior to opening up and setting things up. Our surge protector alerted us there was a power issue, but the hosts were able to accommodate us at another site and were very apologetic for the trouble of having to move. They also began working on repairing the issue right away. We needed the practice of setting up/closing up, and were not terribly upset at all. Again, we learned to check hookups early on and are happy we bought that surge protector!
No amenities at the sites such as a picnic tables or fire pits, but we were not spending much time at the park so it didn't bother us. If we stay longer at one spot, these are definitely items we seek out, though.
They were accommodating of our dogs, but it does seem they have the space to maybe put in a fenced dog area for the pups to stretch their legs off leash. That would just be an added perk for those of us with furry family members, especially for longer visits.
Gravels roads throughout, so they request driving slow to avoid dusting the sites. I don't see why this would ever be an issue, seems like common sense and common courtesy in a park.
Overall, no complaints and would happily stay again for another short visit. If we were staying longer (we are now traveling full timers), we would definitely be seeking out sites with pet areas, fire pits, and availability of picnic tables.

We stayed at Eagle Soaring campground for three nights. We were in our class C while slowly making our way across the country. We had no problems getting a spot here. Sites are gravel for the RV, very level, and very well maintained. All sites are pull through. Hookups are in very good condition. Each site had a narrow grassy area with trees. Tables and fire pits were not available at the campsite. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There were not a lot of amenities. There was a large meadow separating the campground from the road. Seating areas with fire pits were available by the meadow. Showers and laundry are not available.
Steamboat Springs is just a few miles down the road. There are many indoor and outdoor activities to do in the area.
The campground is conveniently located a few miles off the highway. The road noise is distant and we did not notice at all in the RV.
We had 2 bar LTE with Verizon. Our hotspot was usable and performed very well. The campground wifi was average at best.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this campground. The trees and meadow helped create a relaxing place to stay. We will stay again when traveling this way.

A nice quiet campground out of town. Very basic though. No tables but easy hookups. WIFI is intermittent and slow at best. Verizon has one - two bars, LTE service. Beautiful area. Restrooms available but did not use them. Water pressure and quality OK.

Small park, tight sites. While the park itself is quiet, the road noise is not. It does quiet down towards midnight though. WiFi was terrible as was Verizon cellular. Only PBS OTA channels available. Did not use facilities. It was very close to Steamboat Springs.

This park was great for us!
Small park but did have bathrooms/ showers and laundry. Park was quiet and clean. The sites were a little close together which did put our neighbors sewer house right out our front door. It was just a few minutes drive into the city of Steamboat.

The campground is located 10 minutes from the town of Steamboat Springs on a large 27-acre private property with amazing views of the mountains. Being there in the fall was like a dream with all the trees showing their colors.
There are 2 bathhouses, which we did not use, and that's it. Simple and beautiful.
The camp hosts who stay there for the season were very friendly and helpful.

Positives:
-Camp hosts are super nice
-Clean restroom/shower facilities
-A couple community fire pits
-Beautiful scenery
-Quiet
-Full hookups
-All large pull through sites to accommodate any size rig, fairly level
-Pretty aspen trees in between sites help with shade
-Within a couple miles from downtown
-WiFi decent at 6-7 mbps
Negatives:
-Pricey but a flat $50 and not a terrible price considering the area
-Road noise not bad but there
-As long as 5mph speed limit followed the dust isn’t bad, but sites and road could use some fresh gravel
-No picnic table or fire ring at any site
-only 2 washer/dryer units (one inside each restroom/shower room)
If in the area again, we’d happily stay here. We prefer boondocking but we didn’t find anything convenient near Steamboat Springs considering you’d need to climb Rabbit Ears Pass with your rig which is quite a steep climb. If you have the horsepower and tenacity to take that leap, do so! It’s beautiful up there. But, overall this place was a great option.
