Such an unexpected wonderful surprise. By far the best place we stayed in 3 1/2 weeks traveling from Texas to the northeast and back. What a treat.

No shoulders; I’m a little 14ft camper, so I wonder how big rigs would do if meeting oncoming traffic! … and the sign where to turn in to the farm is only from those coming from Exit 407, so I turned in by gps, not by signage….
The farm is nice, there is a pretty big hill of grass. There are what I think are long-term sites near a fence and trees, and trees at the sites nearest the farmhouse, but otherwise you are in the sun. I only stayed one night, so that wasn’t a problem for me. I did wonder how some rigs would be put on the field with hill, but my site was pretty level.
Nice easy Checkin, friendly staff.

Had been traveling all day, just had to endure a miles long traffic jam. Having called in advance i was told all the pull thrus were taken, the polite person said they could acomodate us, that even though they said up front they would be out for the night, that once i got here if i had ANY issues to call them back. True to there word when i called they guided me to the site where i promptly set up for the night. The site is VERY clean, very picturesque, and for me feels very safe. Now to be foreward i will state an they told me where i was parked there would be no sewer which for me was a non-issue as i still had “fresh” tanks. This location is well worth the effort to get to 1.1 mile off the freway, and GPS took me right to there front door.

I appreciated the staying with the local farm, quiet, and clean. Kids played football in the field. Close enough to experience the area but then get away for a quiet evening.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend and it was perfect for us. Quiet, secluded & relaxing! We don’t really care about campgrounds over holiday weekends because most turn into a large party.
We enjoyed our quiet time and loved the view of the mountains and silos. We would stay here again.

This setting is just lovely, the hosts are too. It is quite convenient, clean, with level spots.
The negatives: sites tiny with zero privacy, no WiFi.

An absolute perfect location just off of the interstate! Easy to get to a national forest, Gatlinburg and any shopping you might want to do. Also well-placed among restaurants and amenities that you might want from town but still has a very secluded, country feel.
All of the lots that we noticed were grass but were compacted very well and level. Hook ups were super easy and well-placed.
All amenities were available and check-in was fantastically easy. Clean, well groomed and a beautiful location. You just couldn’t ask for more.
