We took our breakfast at Cracker Barrel the next morning.

Easy access off I-10. But there is a lot of noise being so close to the interstate. Heard trains a few times overnight. There were at least 5 RVers for the night. Would recommend for an easy stop overnight.

About 30 minutes later another person drove up to us and asked us for money. The building has signs up on every corner reminding you to lock your doors and remove all valuables. We decided to head 10 minutes down the road to a Camping World instead for the night.

We had to run our generator because it dropped down to 35 degrees last night. 😔 Only 2 other of the 6 available spots which are long enough for a larger rig were utilized. grassy area for dogs to use, but please pick up their poop. som... more

This cracker Barrel wasn't on Campendium, and it seems to be a secret. Only a few overnight guests (and restaurant guests), but it's a fairly level lot with 6 bus sized spaces, several standard parking spaces behind the building, and typical level of highway noise. Grassy islands for the dogs but almost no trees. The area looks a bit sketchy driving in, but there is a decent hotel next door and looks like they are building a big hotel just down the road. Police drove through the lot several times on patrol.
