This place is not safe. We had a man enter our rv at night! He walked in and begged us to kill him. We called the park rangers and the park got snd got NO response. Had to call the police. Shortly after the man was apprehended and police left, we heard about 9 gun shots. This was around midnight. We had to stay in a hotel the last two nights of our stay because we were so traumatized and scared. While they have a gate, theres a public trail right next to the park and anyone can come in, not to mention its next to an abandoned school and the surrounding neighborhood is very sketchy. They never called us back or came to check on us or even say hey sorry this happened. Worst experience ever.

Overall Rating
Excellent park for RV camping and watch horse shows in dressage and jumping. Also easy access to an excellent bicycle trail.
