Overall Rating
Good price and clean. The flush water had very good pressure (I didn't measure it) I needed to do a final flush before winterizing. October afternoon on a Saturday and no was there, so took my time to give the Black Tank a extra good flush. If there was going to be a line then there is a large parking lot across the street.

“Reasonable Price For A Location Near Boulder”

Campground is closed November through February and water to the sites is turned on mid May. They allow 14 days of use per calendar year. Clean campground with a well maintained restroom and shower facility. Staff is not onsite 24/7 but they are very friendly and helpful when they are there during the day. Campground is closed November through February and water to the sites is turned on mid May. They allow 14 days of use per calendar year.
Clean campground with a well maintained restroom and shower facility. Staff is not onsite 24/7 but they are very friendly and helpful when they are there during the day. Self check in is available after hours. As of May 2024 you can choose no hookups for $15, water or electric for $20, or water and electric for $25. Very close to shopping areas.

I looked everywhere and all parks were booked. I spoke to the camp host at the fairgrounds and he explained it was first come first serve.electric and water only with a dump on site. Sites are tight but most likely your here on vacay or just a stop over. It is good for what it is. Cheap for the Denver area. Close to highways, stores et... more
I looked everywhere and all parks were booked. I spoke to the camp host at the fairgrounds and he explained it was first come first serve.electric and water only with a dump on site. Sites are tight but most likely your here on vacay or just a stop over. It is good for what it is. Cheap for the Denver area. Close to highways, stores etc. there is traffic everywhere but that’s expected for a city. Overall good spot and would stay again.

Overall Rating
We live in the area and prefer to travel north/south on 287 vs I-25. This $10 dump is well worth it. There is a pay station at the building near the dump, it takes credit cards, spits out a receipt. Access and interior roads are easy for even big rigs.
