Which campsite is close to the lake that I can easily drive my 5th wheel into and pitch a tent?

This is a gorgeous setting with easy access via a paved road. The campground is a bit tricky with a big rig (we have a 42’ fifth wheel) but doable if you’re careful.

Great spot right by the lake. Pull through was great. With 5G AT&T had 2 bars, streamed the football game!

Easy access via paved road.
Looks like the cg is being refurbished with new tables and fire rings. Sites level and distinct.
Water activities and hiking.
Decent pit toilets, threaded potable water spigots. Didn’t see a dump.
All sites reserved for the weekend but I’m here on a Thursday with only a few other campers.

Looks like this cg is in process of being refurbished. Nice level sites with new tables and fire rings. Signs say camp in cg only but looks like boondocking would be doable nearby. We arrived on a Tuesday, and almost had the campground to ourselves. The weekend, things filled up, but still sites were available. If you are into fishing, kayaking, boating, trail riding this is a great base camp. We were there right after Labor Day, and we found warm days, & cool nights. This is a dusty camp. Access to some of the camps can be more challenging than other campsites. We had a pull though on the lake. Good access to the water from our site. Only could give it 3 stars for noise due to the speed boats, generators & quad runners.

This small campground is right on the Boca reservoir. There are 2 loops, North and South. The camp road is dirt and gravel and tight in certain areas. All sites have awesome views of the reservoir which is surrounded by the beautiful, pristine Tahoe National Forest. During our visit in June, you can still see the snowcapped mountains in the distance. The reservoir is perfect for fishing, kayaking and boating. The campground host was friendly and helpful. He greeted us and escorted us to our site. The sites are decent size but no privacy and not well leveled. Our site which was on the north loop, #32, was huge and on the reservoir. Absolutely beautiful.
Verizon signal was spotty LTE and 2 bars on cellular even with a booster.
The campground is just over a half hour from Lake Tahoe and Reno NV. And about 20 mins to the Olympic Village Squaw Valley. There's a beautiful multi-use paved trail for biking, walking, running that runs along Truckee River that starts just south of I80 on route 89 and runs all the way south to Lake Tahoe.
