Stayed here using my RPI (Resort Parks Inc) through my Thousand Trails membership. Rate reflects $10/day standard fee + $3/day resort fee. This CG is off the beaten path. Shopping and restaurants are an easy 15 minute drive though. You are in the heart of Yuma agriculture so expect lots of tractors traveling slow, water trucks wetting the shoulders, mud on the roads, etc.
Staff was nice and they have security that roams the CG as were the guests. Limited to 30 amp electrical service and as expected the water is SUPER hard. I have a water softener so that eliminates that problem. I have solar and lithium batteries so I lived like on a normal 50 amp service. There are a number of CG activities throughout the week although I did not partake. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable for my stay. Surprisingly the park was maybe half full. Considering this was probably the busy season I would have expected higher occupancy rates. A considerable difference from my normal wintering in Florida! Gravel pads were level. ATT and Verizon worked for me. There are some trees on site but I had no problem getting my satellite reception for TV.

This is primarily a snowbird location for seniors, is way out of the town of Yuma surrounded by lettuce fields. it's old and they don't seem to be investing any money for improvements, but it's functional. The electric seems fine, and the water...well it's Yuma water so bring bottled water. The entrance road is dirt for a mile or so, then you take a strange path to the park, The signs to the park are hard to see so keep an eye out. There is nothing wrong with this park it's just not our style, The people were very friendly and they were full of activities. Even a few meals you can buy on site. The lakes? more like a few ponds, but you could but a kayak on there. There is a pool, hot tub, shuffleboard courts, pickleball, grass bocce (strange).

There are daily activities—some generated by campground and some by the residents. They had special dinners they served multiple times while we were there. These meals could be purchased for under $10--so it was a reasonable deal to not have to cook.
This is a standard “parking lot” style campground. However, they easily handle big rigs. Some sites were larger than others. They allowed us to pick the site that best worked for us. They made good suggestions about the sites. Gravel roads through the campground that are very well maintained. Each camp site is gravel. Sites are all very level. Each site had a picnic table.
We really enjoyed driving around to see all the agriculture in the area. We watched lettuce and cauliflower being harvested. The park is just outside of Yuma, it is a nice drive into town. It was very quiet.
Only 30 amps available. Very nice Pool and hot tub area. The pool is heated. There are 2 laundry rooms.
The water has a lot of salt content, so beware of washing vehicles or the RV. We couldn’t taste the salt; but see residue on dishes. Salt free water is available to purchase at the campground.
We were able to get Verizon signal—but it was inconsistent and often very weak. Easy to get DirecTV satellite.

I stayed at Yuma Lakes using my RPI membership. We had a reservation so all the paperwork was ready for us.The check in people were friendly. The campground is located on the outskirts of Yuma. It was fun watching the harvest of cabbage, lettuce & broccoli near the campground. The Lake is small in February. The campers are friendly. They waved to us during our walks. The pool & jacuzzi are warm enough. I had fun talking to some of the campers in the pool & jacuzzi. It’s a clean campground. There are activities to join but we didn't join in this time. The campsite was gravel with a picnic table. The area of the campground I was in was quiet. I had good satellite reception here. I saw many snowbirds in Yuma during the month of February. I saw a civil war reenactment at the Quartermaster Depot State Historic Park in town. The Quartermaster Depot has visitor information. The peanut patch had a small kitchen tour. The Arizona Marketplace looked similar to the swap meets in Quartzsite. The Yuma Territorial Prison was interesting to see. My favorite farmers market in Yuma is in downtown Yuma on Tuesday.

“Must Have Membership”
noted 1/5/2024
So the place looks great, but we could not check in as we did not have one of the required memberships. No response via email, their phone number posted on the website goes straight to a full mailbox. No replay on the Facebook cellphone number. As I said, it looks nice and quiet and clean, but a little communication would be nice.
