This campground came recommended by friends….We booked a weekend trip last minute & it was a breeze through Campendium. When we arrived, check-in was simple, someone escorted us to our site. We chose the 60ft site for our 40’ 5th wheel. We were able to fit our camper, crew cab long-bed truck, and our SUV with no problem. No issues with... more
This campground came recommended by friends….We booked a weekend trip last minute & it was a breeze through Campendium. When we arrived, check-in was simple, someone escorted us to our site. We chose the 60ft site for our 40’ 5th wheel. We were able to fit our camper, crew cab long-bed truck, and our SUV with no problem. No issues with the hookups, it had everything we needed. We didn’t get to see much of the campground bc it was actually our first ever trip with our new camper that we picked up that day. We can’t wait to go back before summer ends.
We had to run to Walmart to grab a few things bc the camp store is limited, but our fault, not theirs. We did figure out that they had a ‘canteen’ to order some food, but it was a little pricey for what it was. The water park was awesome. That is where we spent most of our time away from our site.
Overall, great campground & the description on Campendium allowed us to choose the best site for what we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

We just left here and had a great time! Our 6 y/o just loved all the available activities and so did we. The water slides are definitely a crowd pleaser, but we also enjoyed the archery tag, gem mining, bingo, gaga, and movies in the park. Yogi, Boo Boo, and Cindy Bear made appearances each day, too. We just left here and had a great time! Our 6 y/o just loved all the available activities and so did we. The water slides are definitely a crowd pleaser, but we also enjoyed the archery tag, gem mining, bingo, gaga, and movies in the park. Yogi, Boo Boo, and Cindy Bear made appearances each day, too. Staff was friendly and the place was well kept. The only minor complaint is that our site’s sewer hookup was very far to the front of the site and on a hill, so you can imagine how that might go with flushing and cleaning out.

We’ve stayed at this campground once and had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly, Park is easy to navigate with large rigs, plenty of activities. We’ve stayed at this campground once and had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly, Park is easy to navigate with large rigs, plenty of activities. We camped on opening weekend this year and had a few hiccups with an uncharted gold cart rental and the water not turned on at our site but the staff amended our issues IMMEDIATELY. We will camp here again for many more years to come.
The only TRUE issue we had was when my daughter went into one of the restroom, the hand wash sink water was extremely hot. So much so that my wife found a camp staff member to let them know. The reason I mention this is because that staff member immediately went to the restroom and stood outside preventing anyone else from entering while they called for assistance over the radio. To us - that is what campground staff should do.
