Please no generators. Camping units must be no more than 10 years old.
Do not use Parman Road to cross to 351 (TN-107 Cutoff) from 107/70. Use 351 (TN-107 Cutoff) from 107/70 and turn eastbound on White Sands Rd. You will see the blue attraction sign indicating the milage and direction to the Resort.
Do not use Dixie Road coming to or from the Resort. This road traverses White Sands Road and 351 (TN-107 Cutoff). It is very narrow with multiple sharp turns.
Do not attempt to reach the Resort going westbound on White Sands Road from Sunnydale Rd or any other intersection. Use 351(TN-107 Cutoff) to access White Sands Road from the west only.

Incredible park with only 11 sites. Very level and long. A are pull thru and very easy to navigate. Dog park, hiking trails, fishing pond. It is adults only so it is very peaceful

Brand new campground in Greeneville TN opened in September!
It has 11 big rig friendly FHU sites all with views of the pond.
This is a very nicely done campground. Very clean and maintained and the clubhouse is beautiful. There are also hiking trails and a 3 acre dog park!
Bill the owner came to greet us personally. Super friendly and made us feel right at home.
This is adult only, 18 and up campground.
Beautiful surroundings and views. So peaceful and quiet.
We will most definitely be back!
