We stayed during the Pre-Christmas holiday weekend. We weren’t sure what to expect but were very impressed. We don’t have young children, but this is surely a place I would bring them if I did. A far better value than Ft. Wilderness. Every employee gave first class service. And the rodeo was awesome. Great family entertainment. ... more
We stayed during the Pre-Christmas holiday weekend. We weren’t sure what to expect but were very impressed. We don’t have young children, but this is surely a place I would bring them if I did. A far better value than Ft. Wilderness. Every employee gave first class service. And the rodeo was awesome. Great family entertainment. Our site was somewhat small under an acorn-dropping tree, but there were other sites that looked larger. There is also a trailhead for the Kicco Wildlife Management Area. It’s a dirt trail that goes for miles. We rode our ebikes 20 miles. The only negative I can say is that they don’t have “quiet hours” in the campground and neighboring groups were outside until 2am.

Overall Rating
This resort is top notch. Great hospitality, friendly folks all around RV resort. Rental sites are awesome, phase 3 and phase 4 are our favorites but you can go wrong anywhere on this property. We will be back for sure!

Luxury resort with all types of accommodations, from tent sites to cabins. Some spots have shade, two pools, tennis, mini golf, zip lining, free petting zoo, general store, restaurant and saloon on site. There's a rodeo on Saturday nights. Luxury resort with all types of accommodations, from tent sites to cabins.
Some spots have shade, two pools, tennis, mini golf, zip lining, free petting zoo, general store, restaurant and saloon on site. There's a rodeo on Saturday nights. Lots of people partying and pretty noisy for most of the day. The rv sites have built in fire pits and seating.
