They moved the dump station to behind the Circle K. It is brand new and has 2 sides. Works great and easy access.

It appears the City of Richland has recently revamped this park - lovely public restrooms, parking area, picnic tables, and dumpster... but no RV dump in sight. I walked over to the area where the previous post from 2016 took a photo and it’s all been removed.
