“Free dump, no potable water”

First off, this dump station had been redone and is on the right side of the main road coming in. When you pull in you are at a uphill angle meaning I couldn't fully dump my tanks.
The water is posted not potable.
So if you only need a mini "dump" with no drinking water for free, it's perfect.

Stopped by to use the RV dump station - looks a little different than the photo of the last reviewer but it’s literally on the right next to a sign that says “RV Dump Park Here” after you drive past the stone Columbia Point Park sign. We drove around for a bit until we realized where it was since it was quite minimal! Look for a water ... more
Stopped by to use the RV dump station - looks a little different than the photo of the last reviewer but it’s literally on the right next to a sign that says “RV Dump Park Here” after you drive past the stone Columbia Point Park sign. We drove around for a bit until we realized where it was since it was quite minimal! Look for a water pipe with a blue handle. No cost. (As far as we experienced)
Park wasn’t busy at all, looks like there might be electrical hook ups but we were passing by. Very pretty scenery past the hotels and golf course and easy to drive to. Right next to the HWY though.
Would def stop here again if in the area.

This is a City of Richland park. There is hook ups for RV’s. Day use only. Not sure what amp rating. The dump station has easy access. There is fresh water to fill your tanks with at the dump station.

Took a minute to find it. It’s in the back of the parking area now. Be warned if coming on a Sunday afternoon or after a long weekend it gets backed up. Made the mistake of trying to sanitize the freshwater and empty into gray tanks day of and caused a traffic jam. So I moved to the back of the line while freshwater drained into gray tanks. Took 40 gallons of draining to get back to the dump site. Hookups are clean and easy to reach.
