“Not Bad For An Overnight”
Reviewed 7/6/2024
We had a nice easy pull through spot close to the entrance. It had clean bathrooms and easy on-out. Nearby to a Walmart and stores for easy restock. We’d stay there again if we’re in the area.

An older well kept RV park with mostly full time residents. Easy in and out, great for one night. Didn’t use the facilities so I can speak for them.

Clean and fairly well maintained. Got a space right next to the wifi transmitter, so we got banging wifi. There's a dog park. Spaces are small but accommodate bigger rigs. No fire rings. This is your basic rv park, with friendly staff. The entrance is not where you think it is; keep going past the first driveway.

The gentleman in the office was very friendly and welcoming. It's an older park but it's well kept. Sites are gravel. Ours was long enough that we didn't have to unhook the toad. Access from I-5 was easy and there are several restaurants and a casino nearby. It was very quiet.

Our 40’ 5th wheel fit with no issues. It’s a bit crowded, but we weren’t squished in unreasonably tight. Nothing fun for kids. It’s clean and quiet. We stayed here for one night on our way from Sacramento to Olympic National Forest. I made the reservation months in advance based on the strength of the reviews here. It is fine for a one night stay. The spaces are fairly close together but there are some trees. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly, and the bathroom and shower were very clean, although the shower requires quarters which is a bit annoying. There are some aging RV long-timers in the back of the lot, but that is pretty common. It is not a place I would stay for more than one night unless there was something you really wanted to do in the area.

We work from the road so internet is most important.
Verizon service is strong.No booster.
At night averaged 22mbps down / 16mbps up.
12 noon when everyone is up we averaged 5mbps Down / 12mbps up
They have free wifi -- Averaged .46mbps down / .37mbps Upload (Borderline useless unless for email)
They have paid wifi available and I believe she said it's Fiber but we didn't pay to test speeds.

The park is easy access from the freeway, there is some freeway noise but not too loud. The staff is very welcoming; we were led to our site but one of the staff in a golf cart, and the manager came to our site with hot popcorn a short time later. The part is very tidy, lots of trees, and probably one of the best dog parks I've seen at an RV park. There seem to be some full timers at the park and what appears to be an RV/Mobile home park right next door. The sites are close together, no fire pits, plywood sheets to put on the tables for you propane BBQ.
Couldn't get the WiFi or cable to work but we were tired from the road anyway.
The online booking is thru Rover Pass which charges $7.50, call to book for better price, they also have a loyalty card, 6th nite is free. All in all a very good place to stop over.

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice, friendly owners. Almost all pull-thrus, back in sites are for long term. Clean restroom. Right off I-5 but noise isn't bad. Raley's and Walmart short drive away. Wifi was fast but occasionally got kicked off and had to log back in. You use a guest account they have setup from a Third Party Wifi provider. Lot's of TV stations on cable and actually have a channel guide as a channel. Did laundry and it was $1.75 a load to wash and $1.75 to dry. Only two machines of each and it got a little busy. Used my Good Sam discount but was a little disappointed that they charged a service fee to do an online reservation so the discount was wiped out. I would just call next time instead of doing online. Overall it is a very nice place and it the best RV Park in Yreka. Would be a 5 without online service fee.

Nice quiet site very close to the I-5. You can walk to the Rain Rock Casino for dinner which we loved but it is a much longer uphill walk than what is shown on mapping software. Great areas to play with your dog. I never got the wireless internet to work but they promised a fix next time. I will return.
