Hi gigi, this campground is extremely laid back and we did not have any rangers or wildlife people come by. I definitely don't think there is any way to make a reservation but you can call the Lander office at (307) 332-2688. We were there in May so totally open except for a couple locals camping together but the summer may fill up, especially on weekends.

You do not need to make a reservation. There is no one that runs it. It is free to stay overnight at. Hope this helps. We enjoyed it. It was very beautiful. The gravel roads were rough (just washboard rough) getting there but worth it.
