Vista Ridge RV Park

Gated with an app to open it once checked in, this place is very warm and welcoming. It’s owners/staff were very accommodating and answered every question we had while being super friendly. Unfortunately the current owners are leaving due to new opportunities on their end but made the park what it is today which is a nice community with great access to amenities. Didn’t try out the pool but the laundry service is great (3 wash, 3 dry) and their game room/community center was nice and inviting. It’s a 30 minute drive to the Alamo/downtown but not far from some local shops. Great getaway and also had decent speeds with Starlink.

This park is a gem! It is located in a quiet country setting next to the San Antonio River but only a quick drive to all the attractions in San Antonio. The buildings and grounds are well-kept, very clean and secure. They offer several activities including a pool/hot tub, a rec room with tv, comfortable setting, games/puzzles for all ages. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely return if traveling through Texas again. Owners are phenomenal, made us feel at home.

This was hands down one of the best RV parks we have ever been too. Debbie and Ken are amazing host and really go the extra mile to make sure you have all you need and provide a comfortable and excellent stay. All the facilities are super clean. And this park has so much to offer. Our girls really enjoyed the hot tub and the clubhouse. Which had a ton of games, movies, fresh fruit, coffee, treats. Puzzles and more. The property is very beautiful and was perfect for our morning walks. This place is only 25 mins to downtown San Antonio and was well worth every penny. Thank you Debbie and Ken and Kenzie for a memorable stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

Debbie and Ken are wonderful hosts who found the perfect site for us, have us a tour of the site and their wonderful improvements, showed us the great amenities (clubhouse, laundry, fitness room, wonderful pool and hot tub where we spent two evenings), and helped me with an issue with my trailer. They helped us find the best way into San Antonio, and checked in to see how we were doing. Their renovated cabins are gorgeous and affordable. We are from CA but would visit again if in the area.

The owners purchased this formerly run-down property and are making amazing improvements! Gated park. Nice space between sites, especially the back-ins. A few longer-term residents who were all extremely friendly. The park managers Ken and Debbie were incredibly helpful and nice, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting Herb and Leslie, the owners. The pool area is beautiful. There is a nice dog walking trail on the lower area of the park, along the banks of the San Antonio River. Sometimes a park isn't the fanciest, but you just get a good FEEL from it - THIS was that place. Monthly potluck for the residents and guests, weekly crafts, dog treats in the office. The number of improvements going on in the three weeks we stayed here was unbelievable. I can't wait to come back a year from now and see the changes.
