Our site had our name and an information packet clipped to a stake when we arrived. Our site was gravel and level with grass and landscaping in between but some sites are paved. There were no picnic tables but the sites were very spacious, enough so that we could park our truck next to the RV. There is a pretty little creek path that you can walk that spans the length of the park. We didn't use the bathrooms but did use the laundry which takes quarters or an app you can download which was very convenient. 4 washers/4dryers and everything worked great when we were there. Very pretty location and nice quiet park. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re dreaming about sitting around the fire making s’mores, this isn’t really that place. No open fires other than bbq or propane, no picnic table (they were surprised I asked). People live in this very cute neighborhood and commute to work. Uvas road, which runs along the side of the neighborhood is quite loud during commute hours and space 21 is at the entrance and close to the garbage cans. Interestingly, there’s no map. The space numbering is a bit confusing, so highly recommend getting there in daylight. Oh, and you need quarters for the showers, which, along with the bathrooms, are attached to the office. There’s no pool or playground. Wifi was mediocre and meant for checking email. But I had decent reception with ATT.
Space 21 is quite large and graveled backin space. No neighbors on one side. The dog run area is steps away, as is their trail along the river (no swimming or fishing allowed). There weren’t many open spaces, but there were some pull throughs and backins near the office. Overall, everything is clean and very well maintained, including the full time rigs. The kids are cute and well-behaved. Quiet time is very quiet — heck the place is quiet, except for yard maintenance, all of the time. People said hi and were friendly. The lady in the office was very kind and check in/out was contactless. We and our dogs enjoyed sitting in the sun morning-early afternoon, watching the birds fly over the sides of the canyon.
So, if you’re looking for a resort, Thousand Trails is across the street (with tight spaces). If you’re looking for a quiet (other than the commuter traffic on Uvas road) place to stay while you explore local wineries, Gilroy, San Jose, this is a very pleasant and convenient place to stay.

It is a quiet location and traffic noise from Uvas Creek road is minimal. To make a reservation I recommend calling the park's manager directly (888-566-7660) as she was most helpful and selected a good site to meet our requirements. Despite our late arrival everything (paperwork and detailed instructions, including COVID protocols) was in place at our site. Very happy with his park and would stay again. Big, level site with gravel pad.

Overall it is a clean and quiet park with nice trails for walking the dogs (just watch out for the poison oak!) and opportunity to see some local wildlife.
Really close to several local wineries. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again.

Nice wooded park, well maintained and pleasant staff. Maiden voyage for new trailer just 5 miles from the dealer. I agree with the prior review in that it is not an RV resort. If you're into that, Thousand Trails is one driveway down the road for $10 more. I was able to make the reservation on short notice and management was super helpful in getting me onto a pull-through site that would allow me to crawl under the trailer without gravel.
Like shared WiFi everywhere, it went from good to sketchy to 'unable to connect' at different times of day. The rules are extensive, but expected. Fellow campers respected quiet times. LTE floated between two and three bars depending on who knows what. Our dog appreciated the fenced dog run, although the grass was a little wet for his liking...he has a low ground clearance.
I was in no way tempted to swim in Uvas creek, even without the signs, but the walking path is picturesque, though short.

We went here wanting to visit Uvas Canyon County Park (which is not appropriate for trailers at all, even our small one!). Uvas Pines is a wonderful find. It is small, maybe half of the residents are permanent or long term, but quiet and very friendly. Not a lot of amenities, if you are into pools and such, but a great spot for exploring in the area. The restrooms were clean, showers are coin operated. Staff is very nice and was very helpful with directions and suggestions for things to do in the area. The sites are spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year in the spring. Uvas Canyon is a great place to go to see waterfalls!
