“Excellent dump station just south of Bay Area, $15”

One of the closest dump stations to San Francisco just off 101 in Morgan Hill. Staff is helpful, gave good directions, and dump station is clean with a good hose. $15 to dump.

It appears many of the residents work from this location, and there are more than a few kids, but, past bedtime it was peaceful and I didn't have a hint of noise from hwy 101. The property is gated and seems pretty secure.
I made the reservation on the same day I stayed and the staff was super helpful with getting me a pull through spot where I wouldn't have to unhook (had an early AM service appointment at a nearby dealer).

We were not optimistic after reading reviews about this place on other sites. However, we were pleasantly surprised. It is very neat and clean. Bathrooms and laundry were old but tidy. $1.50 for wash and same for dry. It is jam packed and we may have gotten the only site left. Many permanent trailers that have been brought in by the owners and many long termers from the looks of things. The sites are very close together but are concrete with fake grass in between. Lots of extra cars parked from the long termers. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was very quiet when we were here. We had the windows closed and did not hear any road noise. Cell service was good, which seems to be an issue with other parks that are not close to the road here.

While other campgrounds nearby are even more expensive, the only reason to stay here would be to be close to the bay area. The spots are close together and not easy to back in to. The campground mainly consists of permanent residents, who can also choose to get on the internet through DSL (you would pay separate for that). The wifi provided is non-existent, don't even try. They do however have a wired station in the office that you can use for your laptop.
There is both very unexperienced and very experienced staff, so it depends on who helps you what kind of information you get. They speak Spanish too. Both staff and residents are very friendly.
The hottub was nice and warm, the pool is not heated. When we were there, construction was going on to replace concrete and stone with artificial grass lawns. It looks more attractive, and everything gets cleaned well. Washers and dryers are in high demand, but work well.
