Camped here for about two weeks. There are beautiful views in all directions.
There is a gas station just at the bottom of the highway about seven minutes away. They have both freshwater hook up and a dump station

I was dispersed camping nearby and asked, they charged me 15$ to dump and fill up with water. I think they made that figure up on the spot, so could be different for you. But an awesome convenience in my case.

Was in SB for about a week. Good facility, basically a parking lot next to where they corral the cows for the rodeo. Nice to come home to “moos” and hoofbeats.
