A nice, quiet city park. Helpful
Attendant wants you to be comfortable. No noise other than an occasional hum from a passing boat. We were backed against the lake. Beautiful sunset over the lake.
Stopped there last January around 5 pm and it looked deserted or closed up. No one around. Office closed,
Right off i380, but traffic noise is minimal. Very clean, well-landscaped, huge sites.
I called ahead and they said they had spaces. A total disaster. It’s behind a gas station. All the RVs are run-down permanent dwellings. Dog poop everywhere. Luckily we had not pre-paid, so we pulled out went down the road about 10 miles. .
A beautiful, out-of-the-way Park. Host is very friendly and helpful in every way. Cleanest shower house and restrooms we’ve ever seen in a state/county park. Quiet, relaxing. Nice trails.
