God bless Texas! Awesome. You will need the $10 Beach sticker and apparently the 'season' runs Jan 1 to Dec 31 so yeah, it's all year. Not entirely sure we'll ever leave :)

The sites are not very level and are not paved. Those are literally the only downsides; otherwise this campground is absolutely spectacular. Many of the trees are historic, dating back to the Civil War, and indeed the whole area is protected... Read more
