We stayed here Mid January Through February in a 2017 Newmar Baystar 3009. Its about 16 miles to Ocala and 25 miles to Gainesville, yes right in the middle of Florida horse country. Sites have full hook ups, which is a plus. Staff is very friendly... Read more

Very nice County Park Campground. Most sites are at waters edge, clean bath house and restrooms, which are air conditioned. It has an enclosed recreation building which can be rented. Free Camp wifi

The parking sites are level, has a Deli Grill in the store. Very quiet place, has a dump station. There is a Costco next door with a bus stop so there is bus connections for the Lexington area.
