If it is not below freezing at night there will be mosquitoes.

Very few if any. We were there a week ago and with a couple days in the 80s and some measurable rain, we had no bites. A few flies around but nothing biting. Loved our stay there!

I have no idea. Avoid saddle mountain dispersed area to the north of there.
