We stayed here one night but would have loved to stay longer, and we’d love to come back here!
We were in a 30’ class C motor home. We didn’t have reservations. It was a Saturday night in mid July and there were a few sites open. The site had 30 amp and 15 amp electric hookups and water. I don’t remember if there was a dump station as we didn’t need one at the time. The $40 is U.S. Dollars. I think it was about $50 Canadian Dollars per night.
The lady at the office was very pleasant and helpful. I had to mention that because I was grateful for her hospitality!
The campground is wooded and beautiful. The roads are small and tight but manageable. The three open sites we were offered were obviously the leftovers. They were not smooth and level, but they weren’t terrible. No complaints here. I was informed that the large sites get reserved or taken quickly, so plan ahead for those (obviously).
The bathhouse in the C loop was old but decent, and for the most part clean. The stalls were small, but I’m not… I did see laundry facilities in one of the other bathhouses. There was also a covered picnic area with a sink, countertops, and cabinets… and picnic tables.
The parts that we loved were the peaceful, quiet grounds, the friendly people, and let me tell you about the river and the waterfalls… Gorgeous, peaceful, and a great place to play with the kids when the water is low! We could spend all day out there with our family!
We had American AT&T/Roger. Our hotspot didn’t connect for some reason we didn’t investigate. Our phones worked fine but I didn’t look at how many bars we had so I’m putting 2 bars in the AT&T slot.
There’s plenty to do in the area and we look forward to staying here again.
