Update to my previous review. We left early because we were so dissatisfied. As we were packing up camp rep drove by to ask about our leaving. I referred him to our previous review on Campendium. He drove away and came back and questioned every one of our complaints. As I replied back why we said what we said with evidence he called me a liar. He denied every single complaint. He insulted me and said he was glad we were leaving. In 20 years of rv’ing we’ve never had such poor customer service. I reduced our rating to one star because of his rudeness. I took pictures of a few things we noted. It wasn’t one thing it was a combination of things that caused our rating. BTW at the end of his rudeness this morning he did say he was sorry we weren’t satisfied. Too little too late. IMHO

They were communicative pre-arrival, & friendly on arrival, which was appreciated. Beyond that, a poor value & experience for the options in the area. We rented a week in site 9 right on the lake & left a day early for another property in the area. Sites are cramped (we’re a small rig & could not fully extend our awning), the roads are poorly maintained, the uninviting dog park has not a bit of shade, no one is encouraged to clean up after their pets so few do, the trash dumpsters are inconveniently located for the RV customers but are convenient for what appears to be the permanent RV/mobile home enterprise that adjoins the RV park & no secondary trash cans are offered & trash pick up was not offered. Our site had not been cleaned up of the dog droppings before our arrival nor did we see the dog droppings cleaned up on the sites around us between guest arrival as others came & went during our stay. The wi-fi is so poor it amounts to false advertising. We asked about the password for access to one of several other Treasure Isle wi-fi accounts (which has been offered to us at other parks when the main wi-fi has been inadequate) & were flatly denied. The laundry/bath house was clean but needs a face lift. The whole property is clearly past its prime except for the office which is newer. (They claim it has a snack bar but that’s over stating it.) Friendliness doesn’t make up for the impression that they don’t seem interested to work very hard for your business. We wanted to like this place but sadly cannot recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2022 in our travel trailer. Our site in the "A" section was wide, shady, level, with a spacious grassy area behind us. Not all sites are this big. The lakeside sites (where our daughter & family stayed) are extremely narrow but work out great because each site has a large grassy shady area leading to the lakeshore so there is plenty of play space. The grandchildren swam off the pier & we all enjoyed kayaking in the lovely lake. The showers & laundry room are clean & nice. The management/ staff is ever-present keeping everything & everyone in order. Our dog enjoyed the large, clean dog park. The new, state of the art "playground" can best be described as "awesome!" by our littles. The whole place has more of a campground feel than a cramped RV park atmosphere. I think I enjoyed the swimming pool most of all. It is larger than usual, CLEAN & well-maintained, but we especially enjoyed the classic rock station played on the speakers at the pool! We did not worry about TV stations or internet connections, but our son-in-law was able to work full-time all week from his lakeside campsite. It was an easy drive to other attractions in Hot Springs, but we probably spent most of our time at Treasure Isle! We definitely recommend this well-run campground with the friendly, helpful staff.

Very accommodating, nice office staff. Property is clean and well maintained. Bathhouse and laundry clean. Our only concern was one of the mgrs stopping us to discuss the trailer park immediately behind the property and the problems they were having with “trespassers and druggies” coming through park. So much so that they recently moved the two large dumpsters to the access road. We never felt completely comfortable leaving anything outside after that. The park was small but nice and otherwise I would give 5 stars.

The sites are really tight and not paved but the view is totally worth it!
We did laundry and showered in the ultra clean facilities. Grounds were well kept and very friendly staff and neighbors.
We loved having our chairs 5 ft from the water!

It's not the most convenient campground to the National Park but its not bad. Our side was a little tight, we could just barely get our awning all the way out, and I'm not sure a rig longer than 35' could get level. Good stay overall and we will be back, just not in June, it was crazy hot and humid.

Loved our short stay here and wish we had more time to enjoy the campground. Had a great pull through spot by the office, pool & playground. Very quiet & nice view to the lake. No drawbacks for us at all! Friendly welcome and very clean facilities. Tmobile wasn’t strong, but WiFi worked fine. Can’t wait to return and get on the water!

Well maintained and friendly staff. The only downside is that we didn't know that they let water out of the lake during this time of the year. But all in all, it was a great place to spend Thanksgiving.

Worst place ever. It was 10pm and the cable TV didn't work so I came several times out my rv to fix it, and a rude lady that work here told me I was being very loud and disturbing people to sleep. Whatever I was drinking or having a huge party. I was just getting out my rv trying to fix the cable tv thats doesn't even work all the channels were blurry . I was going to stay an extra day, but I decided to CANCELED my credit card since they don't give refunds. Sorry but I can not stay an extra day tiptoe around in my own RV because they don't like people open and closed their own doors. Two weeks ago I went to Catherine's landing rv park and it is way nicer and pretty. We came here looking a nicer rv campground to see if this was even nicer but not at all I make my mind Catherine's landing rv park it is 100% better with more spaces not so crowded and not weird rules in their own rv . I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to choose this place again. RUDE MANAGER!!!!
