Overall Rating
I called for a two day reservation. I specifically asked "what time is check in?". I was told, "whenever you get here." When I arrived, on August 16th, a friday, the office was closed. The posted hours stated that they close at 1:00 pm. ON A FRIDAY! The on-site manager trailer is right next to the office. I said to myself "no problem, I'll check in there." I rang the bell and knocked several times. There was no answer. After a long day driving and expecting to have a place to sleep this is not what I expected. The tempratures at Camp Verde on this day was 105°. Thank God Distant Drums RV park about 10 minutes away had availability. They are awsome! NEVER BOOK A RESERVATION AT TRAILS END.
