Tight spaces but doable. Private owned lots and cabins (called chalets). Quality of RV sites does differ by location and status. Stay away from highway. Close to both Breckenridge and Frisco. VERY expensive area. Nothing negative but not our cup of tea.

WOW! That is really all I can say about Tiger Run! If someone where to ask me what Beverly Hills would look like if it was an RV Resort, this would be my answer...except also surrounded by absolutely beautiful mountains. The staff were beyond polite for all my interactions with them, the location is simply too good to be true. 30 minutes to Vail...15 minutes to Keystone...10 min to Breck...20 min to Copper Mountain...10 minutes to Frisco. I mean, come on now! The entire park is immaculate and the spaces are HUGE with lots of front yard space. This is quite possibly the nicest RV spot I have ever stayed at. They have small homes on the property along with RV spots that have picnic area combos...I will actually be looking to try to get a spot for a month here next year...and it is only 90 minutes from the Denver airport (had to pick up/drop off my sister who came out and rented one of the cabins). Again, this place is off-the-charts when it comes to RV parks/resorts...simply sublime!

An exceptional RV Resort - unlike any we’ve ever experienced! RV lots are interspersed with log cabin chalets in a shaded and landscaped park; the Blue River runs right through the park. Properties are privately owned and rented out by Tiger Run. The Clubhouse has nice showers, a heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, laundry with CC-operated machines, arcade, fitness room and pickleball courts. Giant floral baskets contribute to the country club vibe.
All sites appear really nice, but these are special ones to try for: 221, 255, 237.
Don’t know how we could rate this anything but five-star. Really, really special.

The campground itself was very nice but we thought it was way over priced for really poor water pressure. Called the office and they sent someone out promptly but the maintenece person said that's about all we would get becuse of their gravity based water system. Still we never got over 30 as far as the water pressure goes. This made showering a pretty aweful experience becuse we were just getting a small trickle of water . We are full time travelers and the pressure dry camping in our rig was far better using our own water pump.
Pool and spas were nice as well as other amenities and large spacious sites.
Close to Breckenridge .... great dog park in town as well.

This resort is truly top notch: The streets are wide the lots are large, and level, and the FHU 50 amp service comes with onsite high speed internet. Everything is very clean and the staff is more than helpful. The views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular, and the nearby towns offer all kinds of activities including hiking, skiing, and shopping and there is a multitude of restaurants.

This is not a typical RV park that most of us encounter when we travel. Tiger Run is a resort where spaces are owned and throughout the year, owners chose to rent their spaces to other RVer’s. This resort is beautiful and the spaces are paved, quite large, easy to negotiate and very level. Green grass and trees are plentiful and it is centrally located between Breckenridge and Frisco Colorado. All utilities are top notch. Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. Cable TV is also offered with plenty of channels to choose from. The resort has plenty of amenities as well. Pool, tennis courts, common green space, laundry, etc.
All of this beauty and luxury comes at a price. This is not an inexpensive place to stay but if you are willing to splurge a little, you will love the setting and comfort. Plan ahead as not many spaces are available throughout the year for renters.

Nice mixture of RV lots and chalets/cabins.
Only complaint was the afternoons were noisy due to landscape crews. However, the work obviously needs to get done sometime.

We spent 3 winter seasons at Tiger Run for the skiing. We absolutely loved it and thought we would continue to go back every year until they raised the monthly rate to a ridiculously high price. Anyway, this year we only went for 2 weeks instead of the whole season because we love skiing at Breckenridge. I really wish their winter monthly rates were more reasonable like they used to be so we could spend winters there again. It's a beautiful park with very nice amenities. Wifi doesn't work well at all, but we bring our own internet devices so it didn't matter. Verizon & T-Mobile work very well, AT&T was okay.

“Our RV was rejected :-(”
noted 7/29/2021
Their policy as stated on the phone was to accept RV's 20 years or newer, or to have a picture approved. I admit I didn't work very hard to take a good picture, but our 23 year old RV was rejected! We chose not to visit without our RV ;-)
