“Typical of the other Sno-Park's in the area”

Overall Rating

No meaningful Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T coverage. No obstructions for Starlink and solar.

This is about the same as all the other Sno-Park's in the area outside of winter. It's a big open parking lot that you can stay for multiple nights in. We stayed here for one night before finding a boondocking site deeper in the Umpqua National Forest. This one has the benefit of being higher in altitude than the ones farther to the south, which helped with hot temperatures.

We had to move out of the forest due to fires and we were going to stay here again, but they had turned this place into a temporary helipad in late July 2024.
