This place has been quite slandered in reviews on other sites but if you're in need of winter camping less than an hour outside Aspen I don't think you can do any better. Most of the park looks to be permanent residents in RVs and tiny houses (not sure about the cabins). They only have 8 RV sites (full service, no onsite water/sewer in winter) and they're all quite small and close together so do your research and make sure your rig can fit. Aside from that, the bathrooms were clean and the showers hot. The club house has cable TV, free WiFi and 4x front loader washer/dryers (two washers were out of service) with good capacity. Washing was $2.75 (normal/cold) to $5.75 depending on the water temperature and cycle selected. Dryers were $1.75 for about 35 minutes. The office is not staffed in the winter months and the reservation, payment and check in were handled on line. It's very close to downtown Glenwood springs, several hot springs, multiple restaurants and brewpubs and 45minutes to Aspen. Again, my experience is specific to the winter but we were very happy with this park.
